International Shipments:

All international shipments will be handled exclusively by FedEx International. This ensures a reliable and secure delivery process for your order.

 

Shipping Fees:

- Shipping fee to the USA: $100

- Shipping fee to Europe: $80

- Shipping within Israel: Free for orders above $400

- Shipping within Israel: For orders under $400, a flat fee of $20 will be added to the total.

 

Taxes and Fees:

VAT is either included or exempt. Customs and other taxes may apply in your country.

 

Order Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, an email will be sent to your provided email address confirming your order details. This email will serve as your order confirmation.

 

Shipment and Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.

 

Processing Times:

- "Ready to Ship" Jewelry: Orders for these items will be processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

- The Spikes Collection: This collection is made to order. Please allow 7-14 working days for processing before shipment.

- Custom-Made Jewelry: Custom-made pieces require special attention and craftsmanship. Please anticipate a lead time of 8-21 working days before your order is shipped.
